Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Axiss AI Corp. ("Axiss," "we") collects through axiss.ai and the Axiss AI platform (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: October 13, 2026  ·  Axiss AI Corp.

The short version
We use your data to run the Service for your company, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train AI models.

01

Who this covers and our role

Customers and their users. For data your company connects to the Service, such as CRM records, email and calendar content, your company decides what's processed and why. We process it on your company's behalf as a service provider (a "processor" under GDPR). Questions about that data should go to your company first.

Account and website data. For your account details, billing information and visits to axiss.ai, we decide how the data is used and are responsible for it as a controller.

02

Information we collect

  • Account. Name, work email, company, role, sign-in identifiers. Source: You, your admin, or your identity provider
  • Billing. Billing contact, plan, transaction history. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us. Source: You
  • CRM data. Accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, notes, owners, stages, fields you choose to sync. Source: Salesforce or HubSpot, when you connect them
  • Email data. Message headers (sender, recipients, date, subject), message bodies and thread metadata. Source: Gmail or Microsoft Outlook, when you connect them
  • Calendar data. Meeting titles, times, attendees and descriptions. Source: Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, when you connect them
  • Generated content. Briefs, analyses, scores, drafts and the reasoning behind them. Source: Created by the Service from the data above
  • Usage and device. Features used, pages viewed, AI usage and cost logs, IP address, browser, error logs. Source: Collected automatically
  • Website. Pages visited, referral source, form submissions such as demo requests. Source: You and cookies on axiss.ai

03

How we use it

  • To provide the Service: syncing your connected systems, building your account and deal views, generating briefs, scores and recommended actions, and drafting messages for your review
  • To operate and secure the Service: authentication, preventing abuse, debugging, and monitoring performance and AI costs
  • To bill you and support you
  • To communicate with you about your account, product changes and, where allowed, marketing you can opt out of
  • To comply with law and enforce our terms

We don't sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use Customer Data to train or fine-tune AI models.

04

Email and calendar data (Google and Microsoft)

The Service reads email and calendar data only after a user connects their account and grants permission. We use it to show user-facing features in the app: relationship and engagement signals on accounts and deals, meeting preparation, deal briefs, and draft replies. We don't send email on your behalf without a user approving each message.

Google user data. Axiss AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features that are visible in the Service.
  • We transfer it only to provide those features (for example, to the AI providers listed below acting on our behalf), for security, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your prior consent.
  • No human at Axiss reads your email content unless you give us permission for specific messages (for example, to troubleshoot), it's needed for security or to investigate abuse, it's required by law, or it's aggregated and de-identified for internal operations.
  • We never use Google user data for advertising, sell it, transfer it to data brokers, use it to assess creditworthiness, or use it to train generalized AI models.

Microsoft data. Data accessed through Microsoft Graph is handled under the same rules: used only to provide user-facing features, not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.

Disconnecting. A user can disconnect Google or Microsoft at any time in app settings or from their Google or Microsoft account permissions. When they do, we stop syncing and delete the synced mailbox and calendar content, except where your company's subscription terms or law require otherwise.

05

AI processing

The Service sends relevant portions of Customer Data to large language model providers to generate outputs. These providers process the data on our behalf under agreements that prohibit them from using it to train their models or for any purpose other than serving our requests. Outputs are stored in your company's workspace along with a record of the sources used to produce them.

06

Who we share it with

We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of the data:
  • Google Cloud. Hosting, storage, data warehouse, Gemini AI models
  • Anthropic. Claude AI models
  • WorkOS. Authentication and single sign-on
  • Stripe. Payment processing
  • Your company and its admins, who can see data within your workspace according to the permissions they set
  • Systems you direct us to write to, such as your CRM, when a user approves an action
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights and safety
  • A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you

07

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each customer's data is logically separated, and access within the Service is restricted by role. Access by our team is limited to people who need it to run and support the Service. No system is perfectly secure, so we'll notify affected customers of a confirmed security incident as required by law and our agreements.

08

Retention

  • Customer Data is kept for the life of your subscription. After it ends, your company can request an export for 30 days, then we delete it from active systems, and from backups within 90 days.
  • Account and billing records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
  • Website analytics are kept for up to 24 months.

09

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing. To make a request, email privacy@axiss.ai. If your data is in the Service because your employer uses it, we'll refer your request to them and help them respond. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

10

Cookies

axiss.ai uses cookies needed for sign-in and security, plus analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser and our cookie banner.

11

International transfers

We're based in the United States and process data there. When we receive personal data from the EU, UK or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

12

Children

The Service is for businesses and isn't directed to anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.

13

Changes

We'll post updates here and change the date above. If a change affects how we use data from Google or Microsoft, or is otherwise material, we'll notify account owners and ask for consent where required before the change takes effect.
